Custom Branding, Made Simple
From concept to delivery, our Custom Branding service brings your vision to life with full-spectrum OEM/ODM support and uncompromising quality control. Choose from our signature “Turbo Whip” or “Magic Bee” templates, or send us your own AI designs—we’ll handle Pantone-accurate color matching and provide print-ready proofs for your approval. All production follows ISO 9001 and CE/DOT standards, backed by full or spot inspections and third-party certified QC reports. You’ll receive real-time photo updates of cylinders, cartons, pressure tests, and final packing—so you’re always in the loop, every step of the way.
Design Submission
– Client provides AI source files for bottle label and carton artwork.
– Bottle body, base/handle plastic parts can use any Pantone color.
– If no design, use our “Turbo Whip” template series.

Print Proof & Confirm
– Factory creates a print-ready proof based on the design.
– Client approves proof, signs off, and pays deposit to proceed.

Accessories & Flavor & Packaging Options
– Nozzle choices: standard or noise-reducing “Silence Nozzle.”
– Flavoring: add strawberry, mint, peach, etc. 100+flavor
– Carton: single-unit or multi-unit box

Mass Production & QC
– Operate under ISO 9001 quality system with spot inspections.
– Provide pressure-test photos and QC reports to ensure safety and compliance.

Packing & Delivery
– Package reliable pallet shipping
– Final product photos: cylinders, cartons, and packed goods
– Shipping arranged based on client’s preferences (FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.)

– Client provides AI source files for cylinder body design (text only in black or white) and carton artwork.
– Cylinder body and carton can use any Pantone color.
– If no design, use our “Magic Bee” template series.
